Burst pipe or flooding: shut the main water valve off, and cut power at the panel if water is near anything electrical. Then call us.
Smell of gas: leave the building, don't touch any electrical switches, and once you're safely outside call ATCO on 1-800-511-3447 or 911.
No heat in winter: call straight away. Frozen pipes turn a repair into a much bigger job.
