Do you offer emergency service?

Yes. We provide plumbing, heating, drainage and air conditioning services for residential and commercial customers, including landlords and property managers.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes. All work is carried out by licensed, insured technicians and completed to Alberta code.
Will I know the price before work starts?
Yes. We diagnose the problem first, then quote the repair before starting, so there are no surprises when the invoice arrives.
How soon can you come out?
Same-day appointments are often available depending on the schedule, and emergencies are prioritised. Call to check today's availability.
What should I do if a pipe bursts?
Shut off the main water valve if you can reach it safely, and if water is anywhere near electrical equipment, switch off the power at the panel. Then call us. Knowing where your main shut-off is before you need it is genuinely worth five minutes.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the building immediately. Don't switch anything electrical on or off. Once you're outside and safely away, call ATCO's emergency line at 1-800-511-3447 or 911. Call us afterwards for the repair.
How often should my furnace be serviced?
Annually, ideally in early autumn before the heating season. It keeps efficiency up, extends the life of the equipment, and is usually required to keep a manufacturer's warranty valid.
How long do water heaters last?
Most tank water heaters last around 8 to 12 years. Rusty water, rumbling or pooling water at the base generally points to replacement rather than repair.
Do you install air conditioning and heat pumps?
Yes. We install and service central air conditioning, heat pumps, dual-fuel systems and ductless mini-splits.
Can you do the plumbing for a renovation or new build?
Yes, from groundwork and rough-in through to final fixtures. It's worth involving us at the rough-in stage rather than after the walls are closed.

Warranty terms depend on the work and the equipment involved, and manufacturer warranties on new equipment vary by brand. We'll confirm the specific terms in writing with your quote.
